Real Estate investments are long term. There’s no market exchange that
magically turns your property into cash. The flip side of that is the stock market cannot wipe out your property value because of a change in leadership or a bad report.
The beauty of a long term investment means that is the investor makes a good deal in the first place, such as Location, Terms, In the Path of Progress, the property continues to gain in value over time regardless of the ups and downs of property value.
